SUBJECT: Transmittal of an ordinance to amend ordinance no. 11-
59, as amended, the operating budget for the County of
Hawaii for the fiscal year ending 2012 recommended
for approval by the HCHA on July 21, 2011.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
an Ordinance to amend ordinance no. 11 -59, as amended, the
operating budget for the County of Hawai'i for the fiscal year
ending 2012 for approval to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency and
received approval on July 21, 2011. The votes for the Ordinance
are as follows:
AYES: J. Yoshimoto, B. Ford, P. Hoffmann, B. Smart, F.
Blas, A. Pilago, D. Yagong -- 7
NOES:None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: D. Ikeda, D. Onishi -- 2
Accordingly, I am requesting that the Ordinance be included on
the Council agenda for action at its August 17, 2011 meeting.
