No.108-11 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:08 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred <br /> Resolution 108-11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution 108-11, transmitted via Communication No. 273 from Assistant Corporation Counsel <br /> Katherine Garson, dated July 8, 2011, authorizes acceptance of the dedication of Lot 4, being a <br /> portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 2-3-008:001, situate at Ponahawai, South Hilo, County and State of <br /> Hawai`i, from K.
