I am requesting time on the Council's Committee agenda to discuss a Council tour of the
Natural Energy Labs of Hawai'i Authority (NELHA) with all Hawai'i County Councilmembers.
The purpose of this tour is to showcase the various alternative energy projects NELHA is working
on and it is scheduled for Friday, September 30th, 2011 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Please refer this matter to the appropriate committee for the September 7, 2011 agenda.
