My name is Kathleen McKerlie, I have been representing Kona Ocean View Subdivision in this effort to have
county water. There are 77 out of 81 Property Owners who are in support of Oouncil Resolution 74-11 for a
Water Improvement District. Today we are showing our support for Resolution 99-11 for a Bond Ordance and
the DVVS to be able to get this job out to bid. As owners of this project we ;pant to offer our
