I am requesting that the County Council reinstate the 2% Land Fund, and for those Council members
who pledged to not cut the fund to honor those pledges.
The Land Fund is one of the very few budgeted long -term benefits that we can bequeath to our
future generations.
Almost all other budget items are to try to maintain current operations.
Please think of the long -term future, not just the next couple of years.
