CALL TO ORDER - 9:00 a.m. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA REFERRALS Comm. 301: RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF PERMANENT (Res. 120-11) IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LONO KONA SUBDIVISION IN NORTH KONA, COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I, FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A SEWER SYSTEM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 12 OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS BY ASSESSMENTS From Council Vice Chair Angel Pilago, dated August 3, 2011. This resolution for the determination of a Sewer Improvement District requests the Director of the Department of Environmental Management to take the first step required by Chapter 12, which is to prepare and submit a report containing information provided in Section 12-10(a), paragraphs 1-8. Recommends adoption of Res. 120-11 as amended (to Draft 2): Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Onishi, Pilago, Smart, Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Blas. Noes: None. Absent: None.
