Please reinstate the 2% Land Fund, this is a matter of council member integrity. Thank you Brenda.
Matching funds will disappear if we don't use the mandated money in a timely fashion. Especially while the market
is low.
I understand that the budget is in trouble, but this money has been allocated according to the taxpayer's
overwhelming vote (more than once) after years of repeated effort. In spite of the fact that the mayor has
deliberately ignored our wishes,
this council has been very positive until now in respecting the voters. Let's try to find a source of money that
doesn't insult us, the taxpayers.
Many (most) of the council members signed pledges during the last election. It's time to honor those pledges.
Please reinstate the 2% Land Fund.
