SUBJECT: A Resolution for inclusion in the 2012 Hawai`i State Association of Counties'
legislative package
Attached is a resolution approving for inclusion in the 2012 Hawai`i State Association of
Counties' legislative package requesting the Legislature of the State of Hawai`i remove the
ceiling on the counties' share of the transient accommodations tax.
I am requesting this Resolution be placed on the agenda for the September 7, 2011, Committee
on Governmental Relations meeting.
