I would like to request the use of $450,000 for road improvements in lower Puna. Kahakai Boulevard
and Pahoa Village Road are both thoroughfares in lower Puna that are heavily used daily. I would like
to transfer these funds to the Department of Public Works to facilitate improvements to these important
roads.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Fred Blas
