AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 11 -59, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2012.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 -59, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3609.10 Fund Balance From Previous Year Geothermal Reloc. & Comm. Benefits $ 450,000
Total $ 450,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is /are hereby appropriated to the following
fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:
