AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 2011 TO JUNE 30, 2012.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 -60, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Discretionary Road Projects - Geothermal Funds - Council District 5
(110.399.5390.58)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
Transfer from Geothermal Relocation & Community Benefits Fund
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
