This is to provide you with the annual status report Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc.'s
(Towne) activities in compliance with the various conditions of Ordinance No. 96-60. For
your information, since the adoption of this Ordinance, Towne has transferred ownership of
the property to Towne-Kona Limited Partnership, whose general partner is a wholly owned
subsidiary of Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc.
We apologize for the delay in submitting this to you and hope that it has not caused any
inconvenience. For your information, Towne secured final subdivision approval for the initial
increments of the Keauhou View Estates Subdivision and is currently construction the
improvements in accordance with the bond and agreements.
The following is a summary of the conditions of Ordinance No. 96-60 and a description of
Towne's actions or understanding of them.
