Dear County Council,
The purpose of this email is to express my full support for the installation of a sewer
system in the Lono Kona subdivision, Kailua- Kona, County of Hawaii.
Required conversions of cesspools to septic systems is an unnecessary and expensive stop-
gap measure.
Your support of the Lona Kono Sewer Improvement Association request will be deeply
appreciated.
