First let a say, housing is good. That said, I understand the need to efficiently utilize land anP to 3 27
maximize profits. that's business. But shouldn't the aloha spirit of the islands be valued a v:,ea
we are a community and a community needs more than housing structures. A community : E €-ads opens
spaces for contemplation, parks for recreation, and common areas for community associatc.n. a lack
of these things affects not only the feeling of aloha we have here in Hawaii but also funda;-;i ritay anc
negatively affects the quality of life all everyone in the community.
shouldn't the plan provide at least some amenities in these areas?
