This is a very small beginning to what must be done if we are going to be able
to clean up the mess we continue to make of our environment. We've become
so spoiled we object like children when asked to make a minor sacrifice for
the common good. I plead with the council to act like good parents and set
rules which will benefit all of us in the future.
