SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 88, Regarding Ordinance No. 11 -59, As
Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year
Ending June 30, 2012
Please see the attached amendment to Bill No. 88 that adds more information and clarifies the
appropriate fund balance and the new project number.
The amendments to Bill No. 88 are as follows (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken
through, material to be added is underscored; all amendments bolded for emphasis only):
1. Bill No. 88 is amended by amending SECTION 1 to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11 -59, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating
revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

2. Bill No. 88 is amended by amending SECTION 2 to read as follows:
