All additional requirements have been met and therefore we recommend that it be accepted by the Council inasmuch as the subject road improvements and streetlights have been inspected and found to comply with Department of Public Works Standard Details, are in acceptable condition for dedication, and are in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code.
