We are in receipt of a copy of the draft dedication deed for the dedication of a roadway lot within a portion
of the Ali'i Heights Subdivision, Unit 1, Phases II and III. We apologize for the delayed response.
We have no objections to the execution of the dedication deed. Final Subdivision Approval for these two
particular subdivisions were issued by this office on December 11, 2002.

We have reviewed the subject deed and recommend that it be accepted by the Council
inasmuch as the subject road improvements and streetlights (amend as applicable)
have been inspected and found to comply with Department of Public Works Standard
Details, are in acceptable condition for dedication, and are in full compliance with the
provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code.
