Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of ten binoculars, with a total estimated
value of$3,670 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and
Customs Enforcement. The Police Department indicates that this equipment will be used
to assist with covert operations.

To request Council approval to accept ten binculars from Department of Homeland Security, U.S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement to assist with covert operations. The binoculars are valued at
$3,670.00.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at 595 Ala Moana
Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawai'i 96720 is donating ten binoculars to assist with covert operations.
