Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
attorney - client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County
Council on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities
and liabilities regarding the above - entitled matter. We ask that this case be placed on the
County Council's agenda for September 21, 2011, in Kona.
Also, we ask that this matter be referenced on the County Council agenda as
referenced above.
