Heights Unit 1, Phase II; and Road Lot R -1 in the Ali`i Heights Unit 1, Phase III, to the County
of Hawai i.
Also attached are nine copies of Exhibit A and Exhibits B -1 thru B -3 to the Resolution as
well as a copy of the approval letter from the Department of Environmental Management.
