Subject: Proposed Amendments to Bill No. 304, Draft 3; Relating to Impact Fees
Please find below proposed amendments to Bill No. 304, Draft 3.
The amendments are to subsection (a) of the proposed section 36 -12, by replacing the existing
pre - calculated fee schedule with a revised pre - calculated fee schedule.
The revisions to the pre - calculated fee schedule provided in Bill No. 304, Draft 3, are as follows:
1. Adds a "Single- Family 499 sq. ft. or less" land use; and
2. Adds a "Duplex or Multi - Family 499 sq. ft. or less" land use type ;and
3. Revises the fee schedule for other land use types with updated fees as provided by
Duncan Associates.
No changes to the "wastewater impact fee by water meter size schedule" as provided in Bill No.
304, Draft 3, are proposed.
The amended pre- calculation fee schedule, which replaces the pre - calculated fee schedule as
provided in subsection (a) of section 36 -12 of Bill No. 304, Draft 3, reads as follows:
