Ford, dated September 7, 2011. Recommends adoption of Res. 130-11: Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Ford, Smart, Yoshimoto and Chair Pilago. Noes: Committee Members Hoffmann, Ikeda, and Yagong. Absent: Committee Member Onishi. (Note: Committee Members Blas, Smart and Yoshimoto voted “kanalua” twice.)
