Attached is a resolution submitted by request from the Hawai`i Sustainable Community Alliance.
We request this resolution be on the agenda for 60 minutes at the October 4, 2011 meeting of the
Public Works and Parks and Recreation Committee (PWPRC). The Sustainable Community
Alliance requests this be set for an afternoon agenda so they may be available for questions and
answers to assist the committee in its deliberations.
