THE NORTH TO ALIGN WITH HALELOKE STREET IN THE VICINITY OF HILO
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCOMPANIED BY THE ADJUSTMENT OF
ADJOINING ROADWAY CONNECTIONS AT PONAHAWAI, SOUTH HILO,

From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated September 8, 2011, transmitting the above bill and
the Windward Planning Commission's letter and enclosures. The purpose of relocating
this right -of -way, to coincide with the alignment of Haleloke Street, is to designate the
existing Haleloke Street and its future extension to serve as the collector roadway
connecting `Akolea and `I`iwipolena Road.

the Windward Planning Commission’s letter and enclosures. Includes changes and
corrections in certain sections of the Puna CDP.

the Windward Planning Commission’s letter and enclosures. The bill adds the word
“preliminary” to the boundary titles for the Regional Town Centers, Community Village
Centers & Neighborhood Village Centers.
