Kenoi, dated September 8, 2011, transmitting the above bill and the Windward Planning Commission's letter and enclosures. The purpose of relocating this right -of -way, to coincide with the alignment of Haleloke Street, is to designate the existing Haleloke Street and its future extension to serve as the collector roadway connecting `Akolea and `I`iwipolena Road. Kenoi, dated September 8, 2011, transmitting the above bill and the Windward Planning Commission’s letter and enclosures. Includes changes and corrections in certain sections of the Puna CDP. and (Bill 102) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PUNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 08-116 AND AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 10-104, RELATING TO FIGURES 5-1 THROUGH 5-11 From Mayor William P. The bill adds the word “preliminary” to the boundary titles for the Regional Town Centers, Community Village Centers & Neighborhood Village Centers.
