SITUATED AT LA'ALOA 2ND AND KAPALAALAE 1ST, DISTRICT OF
NORTH KONA, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII (ALI`I HEIGHTS,
UNIT 1, PHASE II) FROM TOWNE KEAUHOU LLC.
The above - entitled Resolution, 131 -11, contains the misspelled word "Kapalaalae ". The
correct spelling is "Kapalaalaea ". Please make the correction for every instance in this
Resolution, including the title.
