My Name is Kamanao Casuga, and I am a resident and lifetime
resident and life time fisherman of Miloii'i - seventeen years of which l
have been actively collecting aquarium fish.
I am against HCC Resolution 130 -11.
am a fisherman with common sense and concern. For almost 18
years I have listened, learned and most important, worked with both
the opposition and collectors like myself, on not only for what was the
best way, but also the better way to protect our resources and try to
accommodate an industry. During this time, many words, ideas,
proposals, bills and now three resolutions — it all sounds the same to
me no matter what way you say it (Ban AQ collecting). The reefs are
healthy and there is choke fish, come to Miloli'i and I will take you out
and show you.
