Subject: Coral Reef Wildlife
Dear Hawaii county council,

PJGRc
My name is Samantha and I am writing to support the Humane Society in our quest to secure the habitat for coral
reef wildlife. The coral reef wildlife is truly one of the untouched treasures and gifts of the world, a truly majestic,
enigmatic and captivating underworld that is home to some of the most beautiful and exotic creatures. It is truly
and underwater paradise. When I imagine being a native to that paradise I am reminded of the movie "Splash"
with Daryl Hannah and how magical and spiritual that realm of beauty is. I am reminded of the beauty as a gift
from the heavens above and how it should remain undisturbed and untouched like a sacred treasure. To take
from it the wildlife and long -lived creatures is like steeling something sacred and cannot benefit the ecosystem
which is gravely disrupted when we take for profit and for personal benefit its wildlife and coral.
I ask for you to support me in my activism to not spoil this beautiful underwater paradise and ban the collection of
coral reef wildlife for the aquarium trade. Let us join in our efforts to protect coral beds from exploitation and
destruction.
Regards,
Samantha Meissner
