Dear Committee Chair Pilago : I would like to say that limited trade activity would be
considered, however it has been proven that over acquisition by these proprietors have
been very harmful to Hawaii. Ban itself may not be enough, but it is good start.
If we are wrong in allowing this industry to over -reach their reasonable allotment, we may
be too late to save one of the most beautiful resource and reason why we live in this
great state.
