Dear Chair Yagong and Members of the Council Planning Committee,
I am writing a letter on behalf of Hualalai Partners of Kona, LLC to support
their proposed rezoning project on Hualalai Roid. I have worked with the
Barrett's since 2006 and believe they have been fair and honest in all of my
dealings with them. They currently own the building that the VA rents on Hualalai
Road.
As owners of the building, they have been more than fair in dealing with
and supporting the VA staff. I feel they would continue this way of business in
their rezoning project. In addition to this, the project would hopefully help the
economic situation here in Kona.
