The applicant is requesting:
State Land Use Boundary Amendment from
Agricultural to Urban.
Change of Zone from Agricultural 5 -acre (A -5a)
to Single Family Residential 10,000 square
feet (RS -10) for approximately 14.968 acres of
land.
The reason for the request:
The applicant is proposing to subdivide the
property into 45 lots that will be approximately
10,000 square feet in size.
• The applicant also is proposing to submit a
Planned Unit Development (PUD) application,
which, if approved, will allow for flexibility in lot
and roadway design that includes smaller lot
sizes of approximately 7,000 square feet to be
accessed by non- dedicable roadways.
