I am writing to express my concern for Bill 270. I believe that the passage of such a bill could have
devastating and far reaching negative effects upon the residents of East Hawaii. I am requesting that you
seriously reconsider this bill and postpone passage so that there may be more time for public input. I
believe that much more work needs to be done before this bill is suitable for East Hawaii.
