I dont know how many good Hawaiian have been reading and listen to events in Hawaii, BUTT
the city counsel is going to decide either pass this "INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE" or NOT!
I especially urge all people who own building structures or like to put up building
structures! This "INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE" WILL MAKE BUILDING A VERY EXPENSIVE PROJECT
FOR ANYONE! Please join me and others who will oppose this bill at the HILO CITY COUNSEL
