Aloha Hawaii County Council Members,
The Bill 270 Stakeholders urge you to vote for recons e atioi and to postpone approval of
Bill 270, to allow us to work with you and County Staff to improve Bill 270 and to
promulgate an improved Building Code for Hawaii Island.
We are submitting the following documents to clarify issues pertaining to Bill 270:

6. INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE ( IRC )
7. PUBLIC WORKS ANSWERS TO STAKEHOLDER QUESTIONS
The Bill 270 Stakeholders look forward to working with the County Council and Public Works
staff to bring forward an improved Bill 270 that all inhabitants of Hawaii Island will
support.
