Kenoi, dated September 8, 2011, transmitting the above bill and the Windward Planning Commission's letter and enclosures. The purpose of relocating this right -of -way, to coincide with the alignment of Haleloke Street, is to designate the existing Haleloke Street and its future extension to serve as the collector roadway connecting `Akolea and `I`iwipolena Road. Recommends passage of Bill 99 on first reading: (Note: Mr. Yagong voted "kanalua" twice.) The bill adds the word "preliminary" to the boundary titles for the Regional Town Centers, Community Village Centers & Neighborhood Village Centers.
