Public Water Spigots <br />Warren H. W. Lee <br />Director <br />Brandon A. K. Gonzalez <br />Deputy Director <br />We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 29, Article 2. Public Water Spigots, of the <br />Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) be amended. The purpose of this <br />amendment is to make the law clear and understandable so that the water spigots will be used <br />fairly. Doing so, the public will avoid possible fines due to enforcement in the future.
