The State Department of Health is providing funding to the Hawaii County Fire Department to
improve and enhance the County of Hawaii Local Emergency Planning Committee's hazazdous
materials emergency management planning and prepazedness capabilities.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 315, and
recommends it pass first reading.
