Re: Comm. No. 380/Res. No. 164 -11
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 164 -11, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 164 -11, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via Communication No. 380,
dated September 22, 2011, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one
fiscal year for a multi -year lease for one (1) multi- function copier for the Department of Information
Technology.
Department of Information Technology Director Burt Tsuchiya appeared before Your Committee. He
seeks the support of Your Committee to replace their copier, which is at the end of its useful life.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 164 -11, and
recommends its adoption.
