Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 322, reports as follows:
Bil( No. 322, transmitted by Director of Finance Dixie Kaetsu, via Communication No. 929,
dated September 12, 2000, amends Ordinance No. 00-63, as amended, the Operating Budget,
ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as follows:
From:
3609.08 Fund Balance from Prior Year-Reserved General $127,178.87
To:
020-801-5801.34 Transfer to Capital Project Fund General $127,178.87
The aforementioned amendment appropriates excess fuel tax revenues collected in FY 1999-
2000 to Capital Project Fund.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 322, and
recommends it pass first reading.
