This amendment is being proposed to accommodate the revised release time at the Connections Charter School. This amendment was generated in an effort to restrict people from parking in the subject area, which causes problems during start and end times on school days at the Waikoloa Elementary School. The bill amends Section 29-5(c), Authority; Applicability; Use of Public Water Spigots, to clarify that the spigots shall be used for loading potable water drawn from spigots only and that using the area to wash cars, boats, etc. is a violation of the section.; and 29-5(d) to clarify that the maximum amount of water to be drawn from the public spigots is 55 gallons, and exceeding this amount is a violation of the section.
