narrative on the next steps to be taken in anticipation of the event.

Hilo Council Chambers, Hawai‘i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite 1401.

at the Holomua Center, 64-1067 Māmalahoa Highway, Suite 5, and the Pahoa Council Office, Pahoa
