Dear Councilmember Hoffman:
I urge you to support Resolution 117 -11 in support of a Hawaii County Complete Streets Policy. This Resolution is
an important step towards strengthening our Big Island communities.
Complete Streets help to make it safer for everyone to get to where they need to go, whether they are walking,
riding a bike, driving a car or riding the bus. Making alternate methods of transportation safer and easier will help
reduce our dependence on imported oil and help people save money during tough economic times.
I strongly urge you to vote in support of Resolution 117 -11.
