This island has the lowest population density in the State, comparable to Oklahoma or Colorado, but these people act like it's Miami Beach, or Honolulu. More than half the land of Hawaii is already parks, preserves or otherwise safe from development. We are not in such great financial shape that we can afford this luxury at a time when we can't pay for fire trucks, road repairs and police cars. At least let it wait until were flush The 2% set aside is a luxury. Ken Obenski Kaohe 3 27.9 Comm. o°i' ' Lou Kc i Ref. To: R ;atc 9/19/2011
