Subject: Subject: Opposition to Proposed Rule Amendments Title 11, Chapter 60.1
Please stop this legislation as this is a clear violation of our rights as citizens. We need LESS government control
and needless laws that impede our rights as free people. I am formerly a resident of New York State, one of the
most oppressed and repressed states in the union who just did the same thing. I moved to Hawaii to get away
from watching our freedoms being taken away on a daily basis and a literal police state. This is not about being
green and you know it. It is about control. When Monsanto stops spraying crops with poison and GMO foods and
Chemtrails, is when you should even consider restricting bon fires. This is garbage. I can count on ONE hand how
many times my neigbors have been burning needlessly. Spend your time on important issues like vaccine injurys,
Autism (caused by the vaccines), GMO foods /foreign proteins making the world allergic to food, Helco, a
monopoly (illegal) that is destorying the middle class and financially ruining people trying to survive on this island.
They live in a place where NC and heat are NOT NEEDED yet pay a utility company a full paycheck for most
every month. Electric is EIGHT TIMES what it is in NY State where they get harsh winters. I pay more for LIGHTS
than I did for HEAT in NY. STOP THAT and do what you were elected to do and serve the people. Get rid of
HELCO's monopoly and set the people free. DO ALL THAT, then we we talk about bon fires and buring waste. Do
your job.
