ORDINANCE NO. 10-104, RELATING TO FORMATTING AND CLERICAL
REVISIONS
From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated September 8, 2011, transmitting the above bill
and the Windward Planning Commission’s letter and enclosures. Includes changes and
corrections in certain sections of the Puna CDP; and
Postponed: October 4, 2011
(Note: There is a pending motion made by Ms. Ford and duly seconded by
Mr. Blas to recommend passage of Bill 101 on first reading.)
Recommends passage of Bill 101 on first reading:
Ayes: Committee Members Blas, Onishi, Pilago, Smart,
Yoshimoto, and Chair Hoffmann.
Noes: Committee Member Ford.
Absent: Committee Members Ikeda and Yagong.

(Bill 102) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PUNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PLAN, AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 08-116 AND AMENDED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 10-104, RELATING TO FIGURES 5-1 THROUGH 5-11
From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated September 8, 2011, transmitting the above bill
and the Windward Planning Commission’s letter and enclosures. The bill adds the word
“Preliminary” to the boundary titles for the Regional Town Centers, Community Village
Centers and Neighborhood Village Centers.
Postponed: October 4, 2011
(Note: There is a pending motion made by Ms. Ford and duly seconded by
Mr. Blas to recommend passage of Bill 102 on first reading.)
Recommends passage of Bill 102 on first reading:

Public Attendance Via Videoconferencing is available at the locations above and at the Waimea Council
Office at the Holomua Center, 64-1067 Māmalahoa Highway, Suite 5, and the Pahoa Council Office, Pahoa
Marketplace, 15-2660 Pahoa Village Road, Room 105, until 4:30 p.m. or later in the event public witness
testimony has not been completed. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short
period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
