Subject: Lono Kona Sewer Connection
Please consider favorably the connection of the Lono Kona subdivision properties
to the County sewer. This method of complying with the mandate to get rid of
gang cesspools is the right way to go for the county and for the environment. The
alternative would be to install private septic systems. This would only delay the
eventual connection. It would also continue to introduce sewage to our water
table, although in a reduced manner, but it is not an intelligent permanent
solution.
