I am responding to the nomination of Chris Manfredi to be appointed to the Windward Planning Commission as an
at -large member.
I have worked with Chris Manfredi from time to time. Chris is a very capable business man with a strong sense of
duty and aloha for Na'alehu, Ka'u and the Big Island as a whole. He truly cares very deeply for the community. I
have enjoyed working with him. He has an unbiased nature desiring to do what is best for all. You would be hard
pressed to find such a talented man who is so willing to devote his time to the well being of Hawaii.
I sincerely hope that you will approve his appointment to the Windward Planning Commission.
