APPOINTMENT OF MR. CHRISTOPHER A. MANFREDI TO
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII WINDWARD PLANNING COMMISSION
Chairperson Hoffmann and Members:
I am writing in strong support of Mr. Christopher A. Manfredi's appointment to the
County of Hawaii Windward Planning Commission.
I have personally known Mr. Manfredi for a number of years while working with
the Kau Agricultural Water Cooperative which Mr. Manfredi is a steering committee
member. I have also worked closely with Mr. Manfredi on various agricultural issues
when he became Vice President of the Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation, in charge of
legislative matters. I find Mr. Manfredi dedicated, hard working, and a fast learner. He
has experience with land management, water resource development, and general
agriculture. He will be a valuable addition to the planning commission.
