In 2002 we were forced to pay for the 2006 IBC. This added a $150,000 cost and we have
half the size house. As a disabled senior. This cost us our Ohana housing. Now you cost us
everything with this code that is meaningless in 157 ecosystems. IBC is hottest houses in
summer and coldest in winter.
