Dear County Council,
Please vote "no" on bill 270!

We live in a mild climate and high risk lava zone, it doesn't make sense to be rigid about
building regulations which were formulated with temperate climates in mind.
Also, making criminals of such a high percentage of Big Islanders will undermine trust and
participation in county government!
